We believe that students are best served when there is close communication between school and families. We encourage timely communication from students and parents, and we make every effort to respond promptly and effectively.

• Faculty email and voice mail numbers are published in the student/family handbook
• A weekly newsletter is emailed to all families, with references to our website and blogs
• Morning coffee with the Head of School on the first Thursday of the month from 7:45 to 8:30 a.m. is open to all parents
• A monthly Parents Club meeting is open to all parents
• For Santa Cruz families, an informal meeting in the home of a York family meets once a term
• The Head of School has an open door policy
