Kenneth Scates, Secretary
Kenneth practiced architecture in Texas before moving to Monterey. He is the president and owner of HGHB Architects with a diverse but specialized professional experience in the design of educational facilities. He joined the Board in 2021 and is the Chair of the Buildings and Grounds Committee.
