The CWRA+ requires 90 minutes, utilizes Performance Tasks, and is delivered online.
York utilizes the CWRA+ as an internal diagnostic instrument: We reflect upon student results and consider opportunities for growth in teaching and learning. Student performance on the CWRA+ will not impact course grades, nor will individual results be shared with any colleges or universities. It is not necessary for students to study in preparation for the CWRA+. Nevertheless, we do ask students to approach the assessment with focus and sincerity.
One cohort will sit the CWRA+ in the Library and TIL Mac Labs at 9:30 a.m. and another cohort at 12:30 p.m. Revisit this post after Fall Break to see assignments.
Attendance Policy: Those testing in the morning can depart campus following the morning exam AND after signing out in the Main Office. Those testing in the afternoon must sign in at the Main Office when they arrive to campus, whether just before the exam or much earlier. All testers must sign out in the Main Office when leaving regardless of which exam they take.
