Morgana Chaffin '00 is a Professor of Epidemiology and Prevention at Wake Forest Medical School. She got her undergraduate degree in biology from UC Santa Barbara, her masters in public health from UC Berkeley, and her PhD in epidemiology and cardiovascular disease from Johns Hopkins University. She spoke to three York classes - AP Biology, Anatomy/Physiology, and Biology about ways to be involved in the medical field beside being a doctor. In her research, Morgana uses vast quantities of data to see the cause and effects of heart disease as it relates to obesity. Keep up the good work, Morgana!
