SEMESTER 2 EXAMS

Thursday, May 16 - Wednesday, May 22

View the 2018-19 Semester 2 Exam Schedule HERE.

Sign in/out: Students leaving campus following a morning exam must sign out in the Main Office prior to departing. Students with afternoon exams only must sign in upon arrival.

Lunch: Lunch trucks will be available on Monday and Tuesday, Exam Review Days, but will not be on campus beginning Wednesday, May 15 through the last day of school. York Clubs or grade levels are invited to host a pizza sale on Semester Exam Days and should speak with Ms. Williston to confirm ASAP. Students should plan on bringing their own lunch on all exam days in the event no pizza sales are unavailable.

Morning exams start at 9:00 a.m. This start time provides a supportive testing schedule for those students who need a little extra time in the morning to rest, wake up, commute, or study. Afternoon exams start at 1:00 p.m. A one hour lunch break occurs between exams. Students should bring a lunch or snacks.

All exams are scheduled for three hours. Students should plan to sit an exam for at least two hours before being excused. When not testing, students should keep to designated study areas and remain quiet and respectful of those students who are testing.

Have a testing conflict? Check in with your teacher/s or speak with Mrs. Moneypenny to arrange an alternate testing time. Do you require testing accommodations? Be sure to speak with your teachers about your approved accommodations or check in with Mrs. Sherry or Mrs. Moneypenny to set up your accommodations.
