End of year grades and comments are now available online. In end of year comments, faculty provide both a course comment, which includes an overview of the course's content, activities, and assessments thus far, and an individual student comment for each class, one which discusses progress, achievements, and areas in need of growth. Faculty also provide a grade that indicates effort and achievement. The end of year grade is the only grade published on the official transcript (unless a course is a fall, single semester elective). Students should read comments for indications of success and guidance towards growth and improvement.
How to Access Comments
Academic Records for Parents can be accessed here. Once logged in, please click on "Student" at the top of the page, then click on "Report Cards."

USERNAME AND PASSWORD
As a reminder, your username is typically your "firstname.lastname" and the password used for your online application (new families) or the password you have chosen (new and returning families). If you've forgotten your password, you may utilize the "Forgot Password" feature and a temporary password will be sent to your email address. Tip: You may have multiple emails on file; be sure to check alternate email addresses if the temporary password wasn't received at your primary email address. If you are still having trouble after trying the above method, please email Andrea Sanico, School Secretary, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Note when requesting new passwords: After receipt of an email from the system from a forgotten password request, bypass the first two boxes asking for username and password and go directly to where it asks for "New Password" and "Confirm Password." Then enter your new password in both boxes and you should be logged in.
- Mobile Device Viewing: When accessing the portal from a mobile device, after logging in please look to the right hand top corner of your device screen and press/click on the three parallel lines to access the menu.
- Updating Family Directory Information: While logged in, please verify and/or correct all contact information on file by going to "Family" then "Family Information" portion of the portal. Similarly, please do the same with Magnus Health (used for York Registration) in the "Vital Health Record" portion to ensure we have all the correct contact information.
