Well here we go, only one more quarter left! Spring break was a nice time to relax, and now that it's over, the students of York School are kicking into high gear. We are keeping up our grades and preparing to rock our upcoming AP exams. Ah, reminiscing about my first AP's...I don't do it often. Yet, make no mistake, Falcons will be more than prepared to take on and conquer their upcoming exams.
For seniors, this is a special time of the year. It's the final dash to the home plate, the last 30 school days of fending off senioritis, reaching the peak of our high school potential, and preparing to graduate. Thinking about the future is exciting, and as (almost) fully fledged Falcons, we know that the path forward is a bright one, no matter where life will take us.
At the same time, it’s a bit sad to think that we will actually be leaving “the happiest place on earth”, as Mr. Murray calls it. The last three—almost four—years have been a crazy adventure. Although it’s certainly not over yet, I know all of us will miss York and never forget the unique experiences we have had and the lasting relationships we have made.
Seniors—here is to making our last 30 days memorable and electrifying as always! However, right now, biology homework is calling my name.
