Sherry Wu '22

Sherry Wu is bilingual in English and Mandarin and has studied Spanish at York. She led the Asian Culture Club, and she participated in an action research project with the Asian Cultural Experience, a nonprofit focused on revitalizing Chinatown in Salinas. She studied politics, law, and economics at the Yale Young Global Scholars program in 2021 and International Business Communication at Colorado State University’s School of Business. Furthermore, she led the Finance, Economics, and Business club and self-studied for the AP exams in Microeconomics and Macroeconomics, scoring a 5 in both.  In 2021, she published a paper titled “Brandy Melville’s Global Marketing Strategies in China” in Atlantis Press after participating in the International Conference on Economic Development and Business Culture.
