Celebrate six years of holiday cheer as York School’s Choir and Chamber Choir return to the beautiful Portola Hotel & Spa in downtown Monterey for our 6th Annual Caroling Event on Friday, December 4, 2026. This cherished seasonal tradition transforms the Portola lobby into a festive gathering space filled with the joyful sounds of classic carols, holiday favorites, and spirited ensemble numbers. Guests will enjoy a heartwarming blend of solos, duets, and full-choir performances as our students spread warmth and celebration throughout the evening. Students will don their most festive holiday attire, adding sparkle and seasonal charm to an evening that has become a highlight of the Monterey holiday calendar. Whether you are a longtime York family or experiencing this tradition for the first time, the atmosphere promises music, community, and joyful connection. Families are invited to arrive early for a special Parent Happy Hour at 5:00 PM, with the performance beginning at 6:00 PM.
