Get ready to lose your head — York School is proud to present the regional Monterey premiere of Six: Teen Edition, opening November 13, 2026. This electrifying pop musical reimagines the six wives of Henry VIII as a powerhouse girl group, remixing 500 years of heartbreak into a high-energy celebration of strength, individuality, and reclaiming the narrative. With chart-topping songs, fierce choreography, and a concert-style atmosphere, SIX is one of the most dynamic musicals of the last decade — and York students are bringing it to life for the first time in the Monterey region. Adding to the excitement, this production follows our fall residency with West End performer Erin Caldwell, who performed Jane Seymour in Six. Students will have the extraordinary opportunity to learn directly from an artist who has stood on the professional stage in this very show — deepening their understanding of the material, performance style, and the empowering message at the heart of SIX. This production promises bold vocals, unapologetic storytelling, and a theatrical experience that feels more like a stadium concert than a traditional musical.
