Dan leads the Global Tourism Practice within JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group, specializing in tourism strategy and destination planning. He previously served as Chairman of the Board of the Destination Marketing Association International, where he launched initiatives focused on strengthening practices across Destination Marketing Organizations. Prior to this work, Dan held leadership positions in hotel management, sales, and marketing, served as President and CEO of Team San Jose for 15 years, and was a Principal with Strategic Advisory Group. Dan’s father, Lewis Fenton, was one of the community founders of York School and a longtime supporter of the school. Today, Dan continues that legacy through his service as an advisor to the Philanthropy Committee and Chair of the Diversity Committee. |
