With 26 years of experience in student mental health and wellness, Victoria is a veteran school counselor, crisis interventionist, facilitator, educator, and consultant. She’s provided and coordinated school mental health and wellness initiatives at the school, district, state, and national levels. Trust is key, in this position, and she looks forward to earning yours. Born and raised (caffeinated) in Washington state, she spent nearly 30 years in New Mexico before moving back to the beautiful West Coast in 2022. She holds a doctorate in educational leadership and a master’s in counseling and guidance. Victoria is passionate about helping students and school communities thrive. With experience spanning remote to urban settings, she brings a deep appreciation of the diverse needs and strengths of the people she serves and approaches her work with empathy, insight, and a commitment to meaningful impact. Victoria believes in the power of clear, compassionate communication to bring people together and spark change. |
