An Evening in the West End Sponsorship Campaign
York School is excited to welcome West End performers Erin Caldwell and Glain Rhys for An Evening in the West End on Saturday, September 26. This special evening brings professional musical theatre artists to our campus for an intimate night of music, storytelling, and connection with our community.
We are seeking support from York families, friends, and local businesses to help make this extraordinary evening possible. Sponsorship support helps offset the costs of bringing professional artists to York while allowing us to continue creating meaningful, high-level performing arts experiences for our students and community.
There are several ways to support the evening, from becoming the event's Presenting Sponsor to placing an advertisement in the printed program or simply making a contribution as a Friend of the Arts.

Full-Page Advertisement — $500
A full-page advertisement in the printed event program.
Half-Page Advertisement — $250
A half-page advertisement in the printed event program.
Quarter-Page Advertisement — $150
A quarter-page advertisement in the printed event program.
Friend of the Arts — $100
For individuals, families, or businesses who would like to support the evening, your name or business will be listed in the printed program under Friends of the Arts.
